Born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, we're a young couple who started szade with the mission of bringing the most elevated styles and designs to the market, with the best quality and hand-feel, for the most accessible price. with backgrounds in pharmacy, architecture, furniture design, fashion, skate and business, we bring our unique skillset and knowledge to absolutely everything that we do.

In addition to sustainability, we also wanted to address something that’s often overlooked in the fashion industry ; accessibility. Brands, designers and corporations are now aware of the importance of inclusivity, diversity and sustainability when marketing their products, but few address accessibility, which is one of the most important, core values of our world here at szade.

And just like you, we're trying our best to be kinder to the planet. In the beginning we set out to make our sunglasses as best as we possibly could. This led us to look fashion's biggest problem; plastic.
